The wear speed of the excavator loader is fast. It is affected by the processing, assembly, adjustment and other factors of new mechanical parts. The friction surface is rough, the contact area of the mating surface is small, and the surface pressure is uneven. During the operation of the machine, the concave and convex parts of the surface of the parts rub against each other, and the metal shavings that fall from the grinding continue to participate in the friction as abrasives, which further accelerates the wear of the mating surface of the parts. Therefore, during the wear period, the wear of parts (especially the mating surface) is prone to occur, and the wear rate is accelerated. At this time, overload operations will cause parts to be damaged, leading to early failures.
Poor lubrication of the excavator loader is due to the small fit gap of the newly assembled parts. In addition, due to assembly and other reasons, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of the fit gap, and the lubricating oil (grease) forms a uniform oil film on the friction surface and it is difficult to prevent wear. This will reduce lubrication performance and cause abnormal early wear of parts. If it is serious, it will be precisely matched, causing scratches and meshing on the rubbed surface, resulting in failure.
The newly processed and assembled parts of the excavator loader are loose and there are deviations in geometry and matching size. In the early stage of use, due to the influence of alternating loads such as shock and vibration, heat, deformation, etc., and excessive wear, the fastened parts are prone to loosening. Leakage occurs due to the loosening of mechanical parts and the influence of the heat transmitted by vibration to the machinery. The sealing surface of the machinery and the joints of the pipe are leaking. Some defects such as casting and processing are difficult to find during assembly and adjustment, but due to vibration and shock during operation, the defects will be exposed, resulting in oil spills.
